How it works

What is an open gym?

Open gym is for anyone 10 years old and up. You have the convenience to choose when you come in for your workout; there is no set class time. You still need to sign up for an arrival time slot at least 24 hours in advance. 


There is no set workout duration as everyone gets an individual program to follow based on their desired goals. Attendance is limited to 6 people in the gym at one time to make sure safety and attention to detail are prioritized. The goal is to be accommodating and flexible. Kids and adult schedules are busy, life changes week to week, and open gym is desired to cater to the flow of life the best we can.

What are seasons?

The open gym operates in seasons. Either 8 or 9 weeks of structured training, then a rest week when the gym is closed. Every new season brings new workouts, new goals, and new growth! We always take time off to reset and re-focus, it's important to not go 100% all the time.


Training structured around seasons allows us to achieve goals and re-evaluate often to make sure progress is happening without burnout. You can start training at any time, you don't have to be in direct alignment with season dates, it's just how we keep things organized.

What are my training options?

Open gym is for anyone 10 years old and up. These are personalized programs. This means an athlete can come in with an intense program specific to helping them improve in their sport while someone else may be coming in for a short routine to stay fit and healthy. Everyone is still coached and monitored and the environment is welcoming and cohesive.

Other training options are private one-on-one sessions and private partner sessions which can be in the gym, online, or possibly at a park or your house.

What is the gym vibe?

TNT has become such a unique training space over the past 10 years of really adapting to clients' needs. It's a gym that has an overall wellness theme mixed with happy, open communication about health, nutrition, strength, mindset, and general life questions on how to be your best and live your best life! We are nothing like a typical gym or popular style.


We figure out what you want and what you need and then adapt the training to reach your goals. Sounds open-ended, but really, it's how fitness should be. Best described by coming in and listening and following along for a few sessions to experience the fun and comfortable flow. Fill out the form below with any questions.
